How do pickups work at Pearson?
Go to Door A on the Arrivals level (Terminal 3: Door A, Post 7). Give the commissionaire your name and your car arrives in minutes.
What if my driver isn’t there?
Call dispatch at 905-847-1387 or 1-800-263-8388 if there’s no car within 3 minutes.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Nothing to do on your end. We track your flight, your pickup adjusts, and there’s no extra charge.
What if my flight is cancelled or rebooked?
Call us with your new flight number. We can only track the flight we have on file.
How early will my driver arrive for a departure?
10 minutes early when possible. We never ring the bell. Not sure when to leave? Tell us your flight and we’ll advise.
Is there an extra fee for Pearson pickups?
Yes. The Greater Toronto Airports Authority (GTAA) charges a $17.25 pickup fee for passengers collected at Pearson. It doesn’t apply to drop-offs.

How long is the drive to Pearson?
From Mississauga, 20 to 30 minutes. From Toronto or Oakville, 30 to 40. From Milton, about 30. From Burlington, 45 to 60. From Hamilton, about 60. Add time at rush hour. Your flat rate stays the same either way.
