We track every flight, so your car is ready and waiting the moment you land. Here’s exactly how to meet your driver at Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ) and Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport (YTZ).

Your car and driver are assigned based on your flights arrival time, so there’s nothing to arrange once you land. Save the guide for your airport below to keep on your phone while you travel.

Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ)

We track your flight, so your car will already be waiting in the airport’s limousine compound. Follow these three steps and it’ll be at the door in minutes.

  1. Clear customs and collect your luggage.
  2. Go to your door on the Arrivals level:
    Terminal 1
    Door A
    Terminal 3
    Door A, Post 7
  3. Give the commissionaire (the attendant in a blue uniform at the door) the name on the reservation and let them know you’re booked with M&M Limousine. They’ll call your driver forward, and your car will pull up within a few minutes.

Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport (YTZ)

We track your flight, so we know when you’ve landed. Call us when you’re ready for pickup and we’ll have your car out front.

Meet your driver at: Terminal Front (Mainland Side)

  1. Collect luggage and exit the baggage area.
  2. Call dispatch when ready.
  3. Your driver pulls up front.
  4. Head out — your car will be waiting.

If your flight changes

A delay or early landing is handled automatically — we track your flight. But a cancellation, rebooking, or missed connection puts you on a flight we aren’t tracking. Please call us with your new flight number.

Use the name on your confirmation when you speak to the commissionaire or call dispatch.

At Toronto Pearson: why isn’t my driver at baggage claim?

Drivers can’t leave their vehicles unattended at Pearson, and baggage claim is a restricted-access area. Your driver waits with the car, and you meet them at your terminal door. If you’d like someone to meet you personally, add Meet & Greet.

At Toronto Pearson: is there an airport fee?

The Greater Toronto Airports Authority (GTAA) charges a $17.25 pickup fee for all ground transportation collecting passengers from Pearson Airport. This GTAA fee does not apply to drop-offs.

At Billy Bishop: why can’t my driver just wait out front?

Parking and standing around the Billy Bishop terminal is tightly restricted. Calling when you’re ready means less waiting for you and no circling for them.
