What happens if my flight is delayed or lands early?
We track your flight status continuously. Your greeter’s arrival adjusts automatically based on your actual landing time, at no extra charge.
What’s the difference between standard pickup and Meet & Greet?
With standard pickup, your driver waits in the airport’s limousine compound and pulls up to your terminal door once you’re ready. With Meet & Greet, a dedicated greeter meets you personally just outside baggage claim with a name sign and helps carry your bags, while your driver waits with the vehicle nearby.
Is Meet & Greet available at Billy Bishop or other airports?
Not currently — Meet & Greet is available at Pearson (YYZ) only, due to terminal restrictions at Billy Bishop.
