Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all ground transportation services booked with Airport M&M Limousine Services Inc. (“M&M Limousine,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By making a reservation or travelling with us, you agree to these Terms.

Reservations and Payment

  • Credit card: a valid credit card is required to secure your reservation.
  • When you are charged: your card is charged after the trip is completed, and a receipt is emailed to you.
  • Cash: cash is also accepted and is settled with your driver.

Rates and Additional Charges

Quoted rates do not include HST. Hourly service has a three-hour minimum for most bookings. The following are added to your final invoice where they apply:

  • Tolls: 407 ETR and other toll charges, applied after the trip is completed.
  • Additional stops: from $15 per stop (Executive Sedan) or $25 per stop (Executive XL SUV).
  • Multiple terminal drop-offs: $10 per additional terminal.
  • Extended waiting time: see Waiting Time below.
  • Airport pickup fee: the Greater Toronto Airports Authority (GTAA) charges $17.25 for ground transportation collecting passengers at Toronto Pearson. It does not apply to drop-offs.

Waiting Time

A 15-minute grace period is included with every scheduled pickup. Waiting beyond the grace period may be charged at our current waiting-time rate.

Cancellations and No-Shows

  • Late cancellations: cancellations made within 4 hours of the scheduled pickup time may be charged in full.
  • No-shows: passengers who do not appear at the pickup location without contacting dispatch may be billed as a no-show.

Vehicle Capacity

Vehicles may not be loaded beyond their legal seating or luggage capacity. Please give us your passenger and luggage count when you book so we can assign the right vehicle.

Vehicle Condition and Passenger Conduct

  • Damage: clients are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during service, including excessive cleaning fees where required.
  • Smoking and illegal substances: strictly prohibited in all vehicles.

Lost Items

M&M Limousine is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings left in a vehicle. Please check before you exit. If an item is found, contact dispatch and we will make reasonable efforts to return it. Delivery cannot be guaranteed.

Delays and Limitation of Liability

M&M Limousine is not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic conditions, road closures, accidents, mechanical breakdowns, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Child Seats

Child seats are available on request, subject to availability.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
