Airport M&M Limousine Services Inc. (“M&M Limousine,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have, in keeping with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

Information We Collect

Information you give us when you request a quote, make a reservation, open an account, or contact us:

Contact information: name, email address, and phone number
Trip details: pickup and drop-off addresses, date and time of travel, flight number, passenger and luggage count, vehicle preference, and any special requests (such as child seats)
Private aviation details: aircraft tail number or registration, operator or charter name, and FBO, when you book a private aviation pickup
Company information: company name, billing contact, and purchase order or cost centre numbers, if you book through a corporate account
Payment information: card details are entered through our payment processor, Authorize.net, which works with our reservation system, Limo Anywhere. We do not store full credit card numbers on our website or our own systems.
Communications: messages you send us by email, phone, or our website forms, and feedback you share about your trip

Information collected automatically when you visit our website:

Usage data: pages visited, time on site, the website or ad that referred you, device and browser type, and approximate location (city level), collected through Google Analytics
Advertising data: whether you reached our website from one of our Google ads, and whether you then requested a quote, made a reservation, or called us
Call data: if you call us using a phone number shown after clicking one of our Google ads, Google may record the call’s start and end time, duration, and the caller’s area code. It does not record the conversation.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

Prepare quotes and confirm, schedule, and complete your trips
Track flights (or aircraft, for private aviation bookings) so your pickup adjusts to your actual arrival time
Contact you about your trip, including confirmations, changes, and pickup arrangements
Process payments, send receipts, and manage corporate account billing
Respond to your questions and feedback
Understand how visitors use our website so we can improve it
Measure how well our advertising works
Send you occasional updates and offers by email, only if you have agreed to receive them
Meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

We share information only as needed to provide our services:

Your driver receives the trip details needed to complete your trip.
Airport and FBO staff may receive details such as your name, flight, or aircraft information when needed to arrange your pickup.
Transportation partners receive the trip details needed if we arrange a service on your behalf through another operator.
Service providers help us run our business: SiteGround (website hosting), Limo Anywhere (reservations), Authorize.net (payment processing), Google (Analytics, Tag Manager, and Ads), and our email service provider, Brevo, for marketing emails. They may use your information only to provide their services to us.
Legal authorities receive information if required by law, or where needed to protect our legal rights.

Some of these service providers store information outside Canada, including in the United States. Information stored in another country may be subject to that country’s laws.

Email Updates

If you agree to receive them, we may send occasional emails with service updates, seasonal travel information, and offers. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time by clicking it or by contacting us. Opting out of marketing emails does not affect trip confirmations or other messages about bookings you’ve made.

Cookies and Tracking

Our website uses cookies, small files stored in your browser, to:

Measure website traffic and how visitors use our pages (Google Analytics)
Measure the results of our advertising, including quote requests, reservations, and calls that follow a visit from one of our Google ads (Google Ads)

These tools are managed through Google Tag Manager. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some website features may not work as intended. You can also manage how Google uses your information for ads in your Google account’s ad settings.

Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. For example, financial and tax records are kept for the period required by Canadian tax law.

How We Protect Your Information

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including secure payment processing through Authorize.net and limiting access to the people and service providers who need it to serve you. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and review our practices regularly.

Ask what personal information we hold about you
Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate
Withdraw your consent to our use of your information, subject to legal or contractual limits
Complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada if you believe your information has been mishandled
