Clear customs, collect your luggage, and go to your door on the Arrivals level: Terminal 1, Door A, or Terminal 3, Door A, Post 7. Give the commissionaire (the attendant in a blue uniform at the door) the name on the reservation and tell them you’re booked with M&M Limousine. They’ll call your driver forward, and your car pulls up within a few minutes.

No. We track your flight directly, and your pickup time adjusts automatically at no additional charge.
Where do I meet my driver at Pearson?
At Terminal 1, go to Door A on the Arrivals level. At Terminal 3, go to Door A, Post 7. Give the commissionaire the name on the reservation and tell them you’re booked with M&M Limousine, and your driver will pull up within a few minutes. See Airport Pickup Procedures for full details.
Is there an airport pickup fee?
Yes. The Greater Toronto Airports Authority (GTAA) charges a $17.25 pickup fee for all ground transportation collecting passengers from Pearson Airport. This GTAA fee does not apply to drop-offs.
How does payment work?
We securely hold your card details on file after you book, so there’s no card reader and no paying in the car. You’re charged only after your trip is complete.
Can I book a one-way trip, or do I need to book a round trip?
Either — book a single airport transfer, or add a return trip when you reserve.
Do you provide child seats?
